What is the URL to take test?
https://www.wheebox.com/COMPANY_NAME.

Can a candidate take the test without registration?
No! Candidate must register himself before taking the test.

Where to register a candidate?
Candidates can register themselves by clicking the 'Register' link on the landing page www.wheebox.com/COMPANY_NAME

Are all the fields mandatory on Registration Page?
No

Should a candidate select Domain & Test Name at the time of registration?
Yes! Candidates must select the Domain and Test Name at the time of registration. This is a mandatory field. Whatever domain and test names are selected at the time of registration, the same will be visible to that particular candidate at the time of registration.

What if a candidate selects wrong Domain & Test Name at the time of registration?
Candidates must inform this to the local Admin. Local Admin can immediately get in touch with Wheebox SPOC to get the right test assigned to the candidate.

what is the format of Login ID?
Format of Login ID is like email ID. It accepts values only in an email format. It may or may not be a real email ID but it should be in an email format. Example: xxxxxxxx@gmail.com

What if a candidate forgets his Login ID or Password?
Local admin can contact Wheebox SPOC to get the forgotten Login ID or Password. Alternatively for 'password' candidates can use the 'Forgot Password' option available on landing page, provided a valid email was used in Login ID field at the time of registration.

What precautions a candidate should take during Test?
After logging-in, and selecting domain and test name, the candidate is presented with a test instruction page. Candidate must read the instructions carefully, before beginning the test. During test users should not try to navigate away from the test window. A warning is flashed in case the user tries to navigate away. After 3 warnings the user is thrown out of the test window and his test is cancelled.
