Then click on Next again to confirm installation.
Wait for a few minutes for installation to finish.
After the installation is complete, click on Open.
You will get a pop-up to confirm to open SEB.
Click on Open.
Restart your system.
Disable firewall and uninstall antivirus.
Uninstall Team Viewer/Any Desk/Skype/Meet/Zoom.
Go to control panel.
Check the .Net Framework version.
If v4.6 has been installed, then uninstall it and install v4.5.
Then download SEB and install it.

Go to Settings or Search Box and Type Background Apps.
Then Turn off this option.
Restart the computer.
To uninstall Antivirus, go to Control Panel.
Click on Programs and Features.
Double click on Antivirus and then press OK.
Restart your PC/Laptop.
To disable Firewall, press Window Key and type Firewall.
Click Windows Defender Firewall.
Click on Turn Windows Defender Firewall On or Off.
Then Turn Off .
Click OK.

Go back to your Test Page.
Move your cursor over the 'Expired' button.
It will show the date and time till your Test was valid.
Clear the cache and history by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+DEL
Relaunch the browser then re-login.
Take the cursor on the button and you can see when your test is starting.

You can take the 2nd test only after you have taken the 1st test.
After logging in, click on the Account icon on top right corner of the page.
You will see the option to change your password.
Click on that.
No Test has been assigned to you.
You will see a Test once it has been assigned to you.

A Test can be taken only on a system that has a camera.
Ensure the camera is working.

If your camera is not working, go to Device Manager, check the camera driver. It should be enabled.
Check camera privacy setting and allow camera access.
Check antivirus and disabled webcam protection.
Click on the camera icon on the URL page at the right hand corner. Ensure camera access is allowed.
Once the required permission is given, please refresh the page by pressing F5
Then click on start.
A Test can be taken only on a system that has a microphone.
Ensure the microphone is working.

to check if your microphone is working or not.
If your microphone is not working, go to Device Manager, check audio inputs and outputs driver, and ensure both are enabled.
Check microphone privacy setting and allow microphone access.
Click on the microphone icon on the URL page at the right hand corner.
Ensure microphone access is allowed.
Once the required permission is given, please refresh the page by pressing F5
Then click on start.

Please use Chrome or Firefox's latest version.
Switch over to Chrome or Firefox's latest version.
This means that your Internet's speed is slow.
You can still click on the Continue button.

A QR code will appear on the screen which is valid for 60 secs.
Scan the QR code using the scanner APP on your Mobile Phone.
A camera icon will flash on your mobile screen.
Kindly scan your answer sheets.
They will automatically upload against the question.
One QR code is valid for only one answer sheet/one page.
For multiple sheets, please scan the QR code multiple times.

Click on the icon View Uploaded Images.

The 'End Test' button will be below the camera window on your Test screen.
