The client wanted to run a campus recruitment drive for one of verticals. They were looking to fill close to 200 profiles. They were visiting various Tier 1 and Tier 2 colleges and applications were invited from the other colleges to hire candidates from the following streams – Mechanical, Metallurgy, Chemical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation and Civil. The major challenge was to screen the top 40% out of the nearly 1000+ applications on the basis of their cognitive skills for the interview using a standardized and valid hiring process, within a short span of 15 days.
