The organization required assistance to improve the hiring process:
1. To hire candidates for engineering profile, candidates were assessed on domain knowledge only but it was identified that behavioral aspects contributes to the productivity, performance and working relationships in the organization, therefore there was a vital need for valid and customized assessment.
