With over 20 year of working experience including general management of mid to large size listed organisations he spearheads new initiatives and international markets for Wheebox. Prior to Wheebox, he was Country Head for Higher Education Business with NIIT Limited and in key leadership role with New Horizons Incorporation for SAARC Countries.
Pawan Kumar
Pawan KumarCo-founder and Chief Technology Officer
Pawan oversees technical aspects and technological resources of the organisation and establishes a technological vision for the organisation. Pawan spearheads product design, development and data analytics. With 20 years of experience encompassing software architecture, design & development with global majors, where he has led technology teams within various Indian and multinational companies including Sabre, TUI United Kingdom and NIIT Technologies.
Sanjay Singh
Sanjay SinghChief Business Officer
Sanjay oversees business, financial and overall operational initiatives of Wheebox. He helps Wheebox execute long-term and short-term plans and directives by implementing strategies and reach goals. He has over 20 years of experience with large telecom, IT and FMCG companies managing sales and business operations with Airtel, Vodafone, Hughes Communications and Unilever.
Nitin Chawla
Nitin ChawlaVice President, Government Business
Nitin oversees Government business and manages strategic accounts for Wheebox. His role also includes maximising revenue opportunities, Identification of potential market segments and revenue forecasting. Nitin is ably supported by Regional heads of Government and Institutional Business. He has experience with large IT and ITES companies managing sales and operations with NIIT Limited and EXL Services.
Deepak Banwala

Deepak oversees Product Engineering and new Product design team. His role includes new tool identification, incorporating best practices and aligning technology to business opportunities. He has over 8 years of experience with Product design and development.

He brings over 20 Years of rich and diverse experience in Sales, Business Development and Alliances with a strong background in enterprise sales management with domestic as well as international stints. He has worked with leading brands like NIIT, NIS Sparta and Pearson VUE.

Naina heads international business at Wheebox and is responsible for strategic partnerships and building associates across different countries. Naina is a multi-faceted professional with 15 years of experience in strategy, project conceptualization and management. Studied marketing and as a founder and Director of EduMedia (LXL Ideas) she has worked extensively in conceptualizing & executing meaningful educational projects for the development of children and education institutions. Before Wheebox she was Head of Strategy and partnerships with World Didactic.
Rohit Agarwal

Rohit manages Key Business Accounts at National level. He oversees market and product sales for large accounts in Enterprise business and also acts a bridge between customers and Wheebox for account management. He brings over 13 years of experience in sales and has worked with leading brands like, and Mettl. Rohit is Masters in Business Administration.

Mayank heads Growth Initiatives at Wheebox. He is responsible for product and business alliances, Business consulting across states for building Employability solutions. He has over 9 years of experience working with start-ups and mid-size companies in the IT, ITES and Business Process Outsourcing space. He is an MBA from Indian Institute of Information Technology, Allahabad and holds an Electronics Engineering degree from Pune University.

Ketan is a Masters in Computers and has 8 years of experience in Product Sales, Marketing and Operations with companies like Aspiring Minds and Monster India.

Disha heads transitions, a critical department that manages balance between Sales, Operations and Technology. She oversees Technology due diligence, Finalisation of Scope of Work, Client Servicing and Deployment. Disha has over 8 years experience as Business Growth Enabler, Client Relationship, Retention and Success with leading assessment companies. She has also been in teaching profession in business school. Disha is Masters in Business Administration.

Megha oversees Research and Psychometric department. She has a strong background in employee well-being and has developed and conducted trainings with teams across various organizations to identify barriers to Well-being and improve productivity. She holds a Masters degree in Organizational Psychiatry & Psychology from King's College London and is further certified by Mental Health Foundation, England and Saville Consulting, London in conducting psychometric tests and helping professionals cope with workplace challenges.

Kundan oversees Financial and Investor information and Accounts at Wheebox. He also heads Internal services group where he is ably supported by Admin, Employee Benefits and Vendor Management teams. Kundan is a Chartered Accountant and had experience with Finance and Accounts with SC & Associates.
Naresh Sonpal

Naresh overseas business at Wheebox for Western Zone currently. He is responsible for working closely with Industry Heads across Enterprise and Academia to study and analyze the market along with his direct and inside sales team. Naresh has completed Strategic Management from IIM, Kolkata and is certified in Problem Solving PRO. Over his 19 years of experience he has had exhaustive exposure across Business Strategy & Planning, Strategic & Key Account Management & Operations. His last stint was with Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, a 100 year old global accounting body. Naresh has been a part of teams and has handled national roles at Talocity, Talentedge & Microland.

She is entrepreneurial and enterprising in nature with rich experience across Retail, IT and Education space,working with companies like Decathlon, Sports365 and J.K Business.

Amrit heads the Customer Experience and Retention at Wheebox. He is responsible for retaining and growth of the High Value Clients as well as managing a complex structure involving Transitions, NPS, and Business Operations. He comes with over 15 years of corporate experience across domains of IT and Oilfield including catering to all aspects of a large consumer and commercial customer basket.
